Your right to withdraw
If you enter into a qualifying distance or off-premises coaching contract as a private client, you generally have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period normally expires 14 days after the day on which the agreement is concluded. Where legally required information has been provided late, a longer period may apply.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform me of your decision by an unambiguous statement, for example by email or letter, before the applicable deadline.

You do not need to explain your decision. You may use the model form below, but you are not required to do so.
What happens if you withdraw?
If you withdraw validly, I will reimburse payments received under the agreement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
Reimbursement will be made using the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise. No reimbursement fee will be charged.
If you expressly requested that coaching begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided, provided the applicable statutory conditions have been satisfied. Otherwise, no charge will be made for those services where the law prohibits it.
Your statutory withdrawal right is separate from your right to end the coaching programme under the General Terms and Conditions.
