Signature Programmes
In focused labs, we co-create vision and strategy, build alignment, and develop teams, organisations, and even ecosystems.
When you lead these conversations yourself, it’s hard to also contribute fully as a participant.
With me as facilitator, you gain the freedom to step in with your perspective — or step back to reflect — while knowing the process will stay on track.

Visioning and Foresight Labs
Now that technology increasingly enables us to build anything we imagine, we better imagine well.
And while demographic, ecological, and geopolitical developments threaten continuity, how to move from reactive to proactive, and future-proof our teams and organisations?
Complexity Labs
Complex Systems Labs
With increasing complexity, the demands/need for synthesising this (growing) complexity increase as well.
How to hold conversations between fragmented expertises that yield tangible results?
How to come to mutually agreed outcomes that provide a foundation to build upon?
Risk Integration Labs
In focussed Labs, we co-create vision and strategy, build alignment, and develop your teams, organisations and ecosystems.
Policy Positioning Labs

Your Discovery Lab
Which issues in your team or organisation deserve to be addressed collaboratively and integrally?
What makes my facilitation unique
How do I manage to clarify complexity (during conversations) in realtime, (making use of / building on / and activate the tacit knowledge (wisdom) implicit in the participants and organisation)? fg
My facilitation delivers on three qualities / demands / challenges / requirements of leaders and organisations:
Clarify Complexity
Shape Direction
Build Momentum
How do I manage to do so?
Revealing and Activating the Wisdom Within
I believe the wisdom needed for a breakthrough is already present within the people and organisations I work with. Much of it is implicit — waiting to be surfaced, connected, and synthesised into a coherent whole. My role is to create the conditions for this to happen.
I don’t deliver lengthy reports or outside-in recommendations. Instead, I guide a process that reveals and activates the insights and latent potential already in the room. Because the work emerges from within, the progress we make is embedded — not dependent on a slide deck that can be forgotten.
This way, people feel genuinely seen and heard, and are empowered to co-create solutions. The breakthroughs that emerge are authentic, shared, and lasting.
In the Middle of the Room
Most facilitators keep to the edge of the room, careful not to get involved in the content. While that caution is understandable, it often means a missed opportunity.
By stepping into the middle — not as an opinionated expert, but as an engaged, neutral guide — I help participants focus fully on the substance they want to contribute.
I clarify, summarise, and synthesise in real time, so they can move forward more freely and effectively.
Simultaneous Notation and Synthesis
A distinctive feature of my facilitation is that I note key points of the conversation as it unfolds. This makes participants feel heard, while also giving them the chance to confirm that their views have been captured correctly.
The result is an instant summary that can then be synthesised into clear themes and overviews. These often take the form of diagrams and tables that serve as lasting reference points.
This approach combines deep listening, real-time guidance, and immediate synthesis — creating outputs that participants agree on and find inspiring.
